Sensei Aileen Jeffrey (4th Dan Aikido)

The instructor for the club is Sensei A. K. Jeffrey (4th Dan) who started training in 1982 at the Allander Aikido Club in Bearsden, Glasgow which was instructed by Sensei Richard Thomson (3rd Dan). Sensei Jeffrey started teaching in 1988 taking over one of her other instructors classes at Baillieston, Glasgow. Sensei Jeffrey has studied under some of the following Sensei's the Late George Girvan (3rd Dan), Mr H. Foster (7th Dan), Chris Moslin (6th Dan), Tony Sergeant (5th Dan), Paul McGlone (4th Dan), Gerry Hinton (3rd Dan), Tom Weir (3rd Dan) also Japanese Sensei's the Late Saito Sensei (9th Dan), Hitohiro Sensei (7th Dan), Tomita Sensei (7th Dan).
